The Labia Lounge
I chatted with amazing host Freya and my good friends Hannah on The Labia Lounge podcast about the assumptions about asexuality and aromanticism.
I chat about my experience bring aroace and the common assumptions that people makes. After listening to this episode I hope you fully believe that people without sexual or romantic attraction are not missing out!

Holistic Health
Elan Darcy, host of holistic health invited me to speak with him. Together we had a wonderful conversation on a wide range of topics from reiki, to yoga, to being your authentic self and biomechanics. We allowed the conversation to take twists and turns. There are so many topic touched upon and some that we go a little deeper into, like the link between movement and mental health.
Yoga with Niamh
Iβm excited to teach yoga every Saturday morning in July!
I have found a stunning studio and booked their coziest room!
To start Iβll teach a 1hr vinyasa class with my usual focus on fun, freedom to explore the postures and adjustments for you.
The second class Iβm super excited for. Itβs my βYoga Beyond Asanaβ class, which is combination of meditation, pranayama and yogic philosophy. I know this isnβt your typical yoga class but I also know that teaching yoga needs to move beyond the physical asana practice and I want to create a place to do that together.
Iβd love to have you join me!
The Labia Lounge
Iβm beyond delighted to have gotten the opportunity to chat on The Labia Lounge podcast with host Freya Graf and a great friend of mine Hannah (Check out our noteworthy project).
We chat about the assumptions that people make about me once hearing that Iβm asexual and aromantic (often pity) and delve deep into platonic intimacy and romancing our lives. And comment on people feeling entitled to our bodies and the fun of sensuality as separate from sex.
Give it a listen and learn about a sexuality thatβs underrepresented in the media!

Move With Your Seasons
Move With Your Seasons is a set of resources to guide you through the inner seasons of your menstrual cycle.
For each of the four phases there is a yoga asana class, guided meditation and workbook to accompany you as the hormones in your body changes.
As I non binary person I have made the course that I needed, which provides information on the biology, movement practices and self care inspiration all without linking menstruation to femininity.
I believe this course is helpful for anyone looking for a set of practices that they can return to over and over again and I hope you enjoy connecting with your body through using it!
You Are Noteworthy
One of my favourite parts of visiting a new place is leaving a noteworthy note behind. This project is the brain child of Hannah Demerise and together we have hidden over 100 love notes for strangers all over Australia.
If you find one please let us know and join us by re-hiding the note somewhere new. Some of our notes have travelled across the world!
Pure positive vibes :)
SDG Meditate
SDG Meditate is a collaborative volunteer project created by Niamh Flynn and myself. Our is create a resource which helps everyone to understand and relate to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
For each goal we have two meditations. One which invites you to consider the goal from your personal perspective and one which guides you to contemplate what our collective (global) community could look like with the goal realised.
