Yoga with Niamh

The perfect way to spend your Saturday mornings. Join me for a 4 week block of yoga classes in July. 

All classes are sliding scale pricing. You can book a single class of a whole block. 

Agenda: 

10:15 Doors open - arrive a few minutes early to choose your spot, get comfy and sneak in an extra couple minutes rest before class begins. 

10:30 Vinyasa Yoga - 1hr guided yoga asana (movement) class. Open to all levels, I will offer adjustments and options throughout the class. 

11:30 Break - get a cup of tea and chat between classes. Head off and enjoy the rest of your Saturday. Arrive and get settled. 

11:45 Yoga Beyond Asana - 1hr class exploring aspects of yoga outside of movement. This will be a combination of meditation, pranayama (breathing practices) and discussion of yogic philosophy. 

Class size is capped at 10 people. This is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to speak and share during the Yoga Beyond Asana class (if they want to) and it also allows me to give more focused attention during the Vinyasa class 

Note: Due to a scheduling issue at the studio all classes will start 30 minutes later on 20th July

Sun Salutation Workshop

Join me for a morning exploring the Sun Salutation A sequence

This in-person event is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi looking to deepen your practice.

Each asana posture in the Sun Salutation A Sequence will be broken down and discussed with modifications and options to fit your body.

This is an interactive workshop and you're encouraged to ask questions!

Come prepared with comfortable clothing and a yoga mat.

By the end of this workshop you'll be a pro at the Sun Salutation A sequence which will serve you as a fantastic foundation for yoga classes in the future if you're a beginner or deepen your practice by returning to basics if you're more advanced.
