April 2019 - I took a last minute trip to Morocco. I spent the minimum amount of time in the buzzing city of Marrakesh and got out to the mountains! What I saw out there was mesmerising. From Greek myth, following leading a rebellion against Zeus, Atlas was condemned to hold up the celestial heavens for eternity. By reaching the peak of Mt. Toubkal (4,167m), I really was perched at the top of his shoulders, between earth and Heaven.
