A guided meditation on the human body and its default state of health. Every cell in your body is trying to thrive. You are hard-wired to be healthy! When trying to make this goal a reality it’s important that we’re leading from a place of being healthy. Often we forget to look after ourselves when we’re looking after others. This meditation is a great check in to see if you’re looking after yourself as best you can.
